Good morning, First Pitch fans. It’s Wednesday, Feb. 25 — Spring Training is in full swing and MLB’s #1 prospect Konnor Griffin has officially arrived. Cal Raleigh and Matt Olson picked up where they left off, and Wilyer Abreu gave us one of the most insane check swings you’ll ever see.
Editor’s Note: Hey everyone, I wanted to share an update regarding the newsletter and schedule as we move into the 2026 baseball season. Our team is currently working on some changes with the format and exciting new content for the new season so more updates to come.
First Pitch will resume the daily newsletter sends starting March 5 to cover the World Baseball Classic. We will also be ready for Opening Day on March 26, starting with Yankees vs Giants.
